ReSI Capital Management

ReSI Capital Management Ltd was established to act as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager for the social housing sector. It manages Residential Secure Income plc which listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2017. Residential Capital Management Ltd is a wholly-owned and separately regulated subsidiary of TradeRisks, which was acquired by Gresham House plc in March 2020.
