Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited, TradeRisks provides a full fund management service.

Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited is currently appointed as Fund Manager to Landericus Residential Fund (www.landericus.com) as well as advising on a number of potential new Guernsey based funds due to launch in the near future. A number of the investment management functions of the Fund Manager are delegated to TradeRisks Limited.

The services provided by Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited and TradeRisks include helping with the initial establishment of a Fund, building on their experience on the structural, tax, legal, and contractual experience in the area including the processes necessary to receive the required jurisdictional consents. In addition, the Fund Manager advises on the offering memorandum required for both the initial launch of the Fund as well as the marketing of the Fund and provides advice on the key market investor base and criteria that are critical in ensuring the successful launch and future growth of the Fund. 

On an ongoing basis the company actively manages the Fund providing a range of legal, financial, accounting, and commercial experience through its extensive range of staff and resource, both internal and external. The Fund Manager reports to the management and board on a regular basis providing and advising on key performance indicators, performance against budget, strategic direction, and overall Fund methodology and direction.

Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited and TradeRisks also offer the Fund and its board comprehensive advice on bank debt and capital market funding, and derivatives. The company’s extensive network of relationships with pan-European funders is utilised to assist in any third party debt sourcing and derivative pricing and execution to ensure that the Fund optimises its performance and risk management strategy.
