Landericus Residential
Landericus Residential is a Guernsey based close ended investment fund investing in German residential real estate.
The Fund provides its investors with a strong and stable return based on rental cashflows through a long-term German residential property portfolio. Due to the nature of the Fund and the characteristics of the German residential market, long term capital growth of the underlying assets of the Fund is ancillary to the generation of rental income. Although capital appreciation is expected, this has not formed a part of the projected returns and is not a specific investment objective of the Fund.
The portfolio will be held for the long term with disposals only being undertaken where there is a significant strategic benefit of the Fund.
The Fund Manager is Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited which in turn delegates parts of the Investment Management function to TradeRisks Limited and delegates parts of the Property Management and Property Advisory functions to Kexgill Limited.
The Landericus Residential Fund was incorporated in Guernsey as an investment company on 19 December 2007. On 8 August 2008 the company received consent under the Control of Borrowing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to operate as a Registered Closed-Ended Investment Fund.
