Michael Woodman
Legal Counsel
Michael joined TradeRisks in 2012. He is a qualified solicitor, having trained at Sidley Austin LLP in London. At Sidley, Michael practised in the Debt Capital Markets department in which he advised clients on a range of capital markets and banking transactions, which included issues of Regulation S and Rule 144A debt securities, updates of EMTN and MTN programmes and updates of revolving loan facilities.
In addition, Michael has considerable commercial experience, having worked in-house for the Organising Committee for the London 2012 Games. Michael is Company Secretary for the TradeRisks Group.
