Housing virtuoso, Pete Redman, joins TradeRisks


One of the most experienced leaders in social housing, Pete Redman, has joined TradeRisks as Managing Director heading the Policy and Research function.

He brings an unparalleled knowledge to the foremost financial adviser and finance provider to the sector. He will continue to help housing clients, think tanks and academia with policy innovation, research and development. Pete has been chief executive of England’s most progressive housing associations, including Leeds Federated and Notting Hill Housing Group, and has led the creation of London’s smallest and largest ALMOs as well as leading the Area Management Teams of London’s largest landlord - Southwark Council.
He commented: “I have learned so much working with colleagues in housing, and we have together designed and implemented what we now take for granted. Yet I feel strongly that we need to do more to gather resources and to improve efficiency. I am pleased to be able to add a further dimension to the TradeRisks offer.”
