TradeRisks advises MS3 Networks on fibre network expansion
TradeRisks, a specialist provider of debt structuring and advisory services to the infrastructure sector and part of Gresham House Group, has advised MS3 Networks on its partnership with independent investment management firm Asterion Industrial Partners, for the expansion of MS3’s existing fibre network. Asterion and MS3 will work to accelerate the company’s plans to build a full fibre network that will ultimately serve over 500,000 homes and businesses in the North of England.
TradeRisks has advised on a number of fibre transactions including in the UK and the US, and expects to see continued strong demand from investors for high quality fibre assets in the UK.
Gourav Choudhary, Director at TradeRisks said: “Investors are attracted by the strong regulatory framework in the UK coupled with the need for greater investment in the sector. The UK market lags most other developed nations when it comes to the availability of full-fibre network, particularly to the home. However, the UK has among the highest levels of demand for bandwidth and high-speed connectivity.”
