The Company

TradeRisks Limited was started by Alex Pilato and Jon Slater in July 2000. They both have many years of investment banking experience advising sovereigns, public utilities and multinational corporate debt managers around the world.

TradeRisks was first authorised and regulated by the former UK Securities & Futures Authority in November 2001. Under the UK Financial Services Authority regime, TradeRisks is authorised as a corporate finance and investment management firm. Its authorisation includes arranging and dealing as agent/principal and discretionary portfolio management, including safe custody. The firm uses HSBC as custodian and settlement agent.

TradeRisks is also registered as an Investment Adviser with the Securities & Exchange Commission of the United States.

Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited (formally TradeRisks (Guernsey) Limited), a wholly owned subsidiary of TradeRisks Limited, is a Guernsey based fund management company licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) outsources investment and property management functions to TradeRisks and Kexgill Limited respectively.

TradeRisks, Inc., the wholly owned US subsidiary of TradeRisks Limited, was incorporated in the State of Delaware in August 2001.

TradeRisks Inc. has filed patent applications with the United States Patent Office.
